Heirloom Salt + Pepper Ghee
Keeping with our tradition of sourcing the cleanest ingredients possible, we found J.Q. Dickinson Salt-Works – seventh generation salt makers who harvest a rare salt from deep below the majestic Appalachian mountains of West Virginia. Their salt making is a unique and innovative process, completed by hand without the use of big machinery and chemicals.
When their pristine salt is blended into our ghee, along with some medium ground black pepper, you get a product you can use in so many ways. To butter your noodles, melt into potatoes, cook eggs, slather on poultry, seafood or veggies and more. And don’t forget to use it on your popcorn!
