In a clean jar or small bowl, place 1/4 - 1/2 cup room-temp ghee.
Add 1 - 2 teaspoon(s) or more of Black Garlic Ghee DIY Mix. In increments, add up to 1/2 teaspoon of good salt. If you're using 1/2 cup of ghee, definitely use 1/2 teaspoon of salt. If using less ghee, start with 1/8 teaspoon of salt and build to your taste.
Stir well to combine. (A fork works best!)
Store leftovers in pantry with the lid on tight!
