Roasted Brussels and Green Beans

Get 3 servings of veggies all in one recipe. Increase recipe if serving larger than a side. Use either our A2 Grassfed Ghee or our Domestic Grassfed Ghee in this recipe.

Method
 

  1. Place vegetables in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place vegetables on a sheet pan layered with parchment paper for the oven. If using a grill, place veggies in a grill steamer pan.
  3. Roast or grill at 375F.
  4. Stir frequently. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Place vegetables in a bowl and toss with ghee and sprinkle Black Garlic Ghee DIY Mix.
  6. Adjust salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Notes

Can also use Original Ghee in place of olive oil.
