
Roasted Brussels and Green Beans
Get 3 servings of veggies all in one recipe. Increase recipe if serving larger than a side. Use either our A2 Grassfed Ghee or our Domestic Grassfed Ghee in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 1/2 pound Brussel Sprouts
- 1/4 pound carrots; sliced
- Drizzle olive oil; extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons Simply Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Garlic Ghee DIY Mix
Instructions
- Place vegetables in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place vegetables on a sheet pan layered with parchment paper for the oven. If using a grill, place veggies in a grill steamer pan.
- Roast or grill at 375F.
- Stir frequently. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place vegetables in a bowl and toss with ghee and sprinkle Black Garlic Ghee DIY Mix.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Notes
Can also use Original Ghee in place of olive oil.
